NCPC payment order: art. 1014-1025
This simplified procedure applies to contractual claims up to 10,000 RON. Court fee: 200 RON. The judge summons the debtor; if no objections are raised, a payment order is issued as an enforceable title. The debtor may contest within 10 days: if the contestation is upheld, the order is annulled and the dispute proceeds by ordinary civil action. Compare with somație de plată OG 5/2001, which has no value cap.
