Status Dosar (statusdosar.ro) is a technical platform for aggregating and displaying public information from the ECRIS system of Romanian courts, managed by the Ministry of Justice through portal.just.ro. The platform functions as a specialized search engine for public judicial data and is NOT a legal service.
2. Information Does Not Constitute Legal Advice
ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE STATUS DOSAR PLATFORM IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES.
THE INFORMATION DISPLAYED DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AND DOES NOT REPRESENT LEGAL ADVICE, LEGAL ASSISTANCE, LEGAL COUNSEL OR LEGAL OPINION WITHIN THE MEANING OF LAW NO. 51/1995 AND LAW NO. 514/2003.

3. Accuracy and Timeliness of Data
The data displayed is automatically retrieved from official Romanian state sources and provided "as is," without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. The Provider is not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies from official sources (portal.just.ro / ECRIS).
The User is obligated to verify the information directly on the official portal portal.just.ro and/or at the competent court.
4. Alerts and Notifications Are NOT Procedural Notices
ALERTS SENT VIA EMAIL OR SMS BY STATUS DOSAR DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROCEDURAL NOTICES WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE CIVIL PROCEDURE CODE OR ANY OTHER LEGAL ACTS.
FAILURE TO SEND OR DELAY OF AN ALERT DOES NOT EXONERATE THE USER FROM COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL PROCEDURAL DEADLINES. STATUS DOSAR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF ANY PROCEDURAL TERM OR RIGHT DUE TO FAILED OR DELAYED ALERTS.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian law, NOIDEEA S.R.L. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including data loss, loss of profit or legal damages, caused by the use or inability to use the platform, data inaccuracy, technical interruptions, cyber attacks or software errors.
6. Data is Public Information
All information displayed on this platform is public information, already available on the official court portal (portal.just.ro), provided to the public by the Ministry of Justice of Romania. The responsibility for the accuracy of this information belongs exclusively to the Ministry of Justice and the courts.
7. Anonymization of ECRIS Data
NOIDEEA S.R.L. does not have the legal or technical authority to modify, delete or anonymize data from the ECRIS system. Persons requesting anonymization of their data must contact the court handling the relevant case directly.
