Quick start — 3 steps

Create your account

Register for free at statusdosar.ro. No credit card required. Choose your account type: individual, company or law firm.

Add your first case

Enter the case number from portal.just.ro. StatusDosar will find and import it automatically, complete with hearings history and parties.

Set notifications

Choose how you want to be notified: email, push notification on mobile or both. You will receive alerts within 30 minutes of any change on the case.

Platform features explained

Case monitoring dashboard

The main dashboard shows all your monitored cases in one place. You can sort by next hearing date, filter by court, case status or subject matter. Urgent cases with hearings in the next 7 days are highlighted automatically.

Automatic calendar sync

All hearing dates are automatically added to your integrated calendar. You can export to ICS format and sync with Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. The calendar updates automatically when new hearings are scheduled by the court.

Email and push notifications

You receive a notification within 30 minutes of any change: new hearing scheduled, hearing postponed, decision issued, parties updated. You can configure notification frequency, quiet hours and which types of changes trigger alerts.

Case detail page

Each case has a dedicated page with complete information: all hearings in chronological order, list of parties and their roles, case subject, filing date, current status and full solution history. All data is sourced directly from portal.just.ro.
